Naughty By Nature

This month has been busy. My cousins drove up from Texas with Auntie Kelly and Uncle Andy to meet baby Reagan.  I hear traveling 9 hours in the car with three toddlers is less than ideal but we had lots of fun while they were here so that made it better. My cousins worked with me on my sharing and schooled me on proper social skills. It took a billion timeouts but I am making progress!

We aren't getting much sleep around here. I keep wandering up to Mommy and Daddy's hallway and sleeping until they invite me in bed with them.  Dr. Wichman told them to put me back in a crib so they did.  I am doing a good job of wearing Mommy down though by making her get up lots to come downstairs and hold me.  How could you say no to middle of the night snuggles with this guy???

My lack of sleep the past two months has led to some naughtiness.  I like to put stickers on Reagan's back when she's sleeping.

I like to steal Reagan's clothes when Mommy is trying to dress her.

I like to steal the tub when Mommy tries to bathe her.

Sometimes I even try to sit on her when she's sitting in the swing. Perhaps that explains the look of fear in her eyes here.

I have started running away from Mommy on walks and in parking lots. She bought me this backpack to wear on my outings.  I thought it was AWESOME when I first got it because we put all my favorite stuff in it.  I have since realized that what I thought was my cool backpack tail is actually a leash.  Not cool, Mommy.  On the upside, I always get compliments on it and it saved me from getting hit by a car.

Mommy has started taking me to the park almost everyday to try to wear me out for naptime so I might actually sleep. It works about 50% of the time but I have a good time regardless.

Daddy and I have been spending lots of time together. I love it.

I don't even mind when he cheats on me and snuggles Reagan after I am in bed.

Speaking of Reagan, she turned one month old last week. She is in the 27th percentile for height at 20 and 3/4 inches and the less than 5th percentile for weight at 6 pounds 9 ounces. Girl needs to gain some weight...and stop crying all the time. Colic is no fun.

And of course here's one more photo because I needed to get in on the photo action. I think she is warming up to me...
